If you select a gifting option when purchasing your Kuvée dispenser on kuvee.com, you may return the Kuvée dispenser within 30 days if you are not satisfied, risk-free. This is applicable for both the Kuvée Key and Kuvée Connect.
To return your Kuvée Connect dispenser, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com or call 1-877-277-WINE 9 AM — 5 PM EST M-F (except holidays) to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you a return shipping label and reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Kuvée dispenser no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products accompanied by the applicable RMA.
Some of our members became part of Kuvée membership on a payment plan. If you joined on a payment plan for your Connect dispenser, if you cancel your membership prior to receiving all shipments within the payment plan, any fees already paid towards the Connect will not be refunded. You can return the Connect to avoid any additional payments toward the unit. We will send you instructions on how to return your Connect upon you communicating that you’d like to cancel your membership. If you do not return your Connect and are part of a payment plan, you will be charged $199 less the Connect monthly charges you have already paid.
Please note: you will only be refunded for the dispenser and any returned unopened wine bottles. Opened FreshPour™ wine bottles are non-returnable and will not be refunded.
We take the quality of the wines in our portfolio seriously. If you received wine that you are not happy with, please reach out to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-877-277-WINE 9 AM — 5 PM EST M-F (except holidays).
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Product you purchased from Kuvée, you can return the Product within 30 days of receipt for a refund. No refunds will be issued 30 days after the date of receipt. To initiate a refund, contact us at email@example.com or call 1-877-277-WINE 9 AM — 5 PM EST M-F (except holidays). You will receive a refund of the price and taxes you paid for the Product less the value of any promotional merchandise or discount you received. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible or, in any case, within 30 days from the date of receipt by Kuvée of the returned Product.
Kuvée warrants that your Kuvée dispenser will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Kuvée or an authorized Kuvée partner. We will, at our option, repair or replace any device that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use. Kuvée may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date. Kuvée’s warranty does NOT include coverage for the loss of or damage to any Kuvée wine or incidental damage with respect to how the dispenser was used.
How to make a claim
If you experience any problems with your Kuvée dispenser, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-877-277-WINE. Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, in our sole discretion, either repair or replace the device within sixty (60) days of the claim.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation, which includes a link to the UPS tracking number. Most orders will be delivered in 3-5 days, though please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order.

Extreme weather conditions, either high heat or freezing temperatures, can alter and spoil a wine's quality. In this case, Kuvée reserves the right to hold shipments until weather conditions improve and ensure a quality delivery.
By law, any alcoholic beverage, including wine must be signed for by an adult 21 years or older. If no adult is home, the delivery will be rescheduled by the carrier (UPS). If being at home to sign for shipments poses a challenge, consider adding your work address as a shipping option.
By law, we cannot ship to the following states: RI, MS, AL, UT, OK, AR, KY, HI, AK. Right now, Kuvée is not shipping to CT. If you are in CT, you can preorder with expected delivery of Fall 2018.
Unless otherwise specified, all promotional discount codes may only be used once per person any may not be combined with other promotions. Discount codes are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
On occasion, the wines listed in our portfolio may sell out of a particular vintage (the year the wine was made). When this happens, if possible, we will substitute the next available vintage of the same wine. In the event an alternate vintage is not available we will contact you with a proposed replacement within two (2) business days of your order.
The monthly Kuvée subscription includes customized shipments of 4, 8 or 12 wines each month based on your tastes and feedback.
Here’s how it works:
1. You receive wines from us, selected just for you, based on your initial feedback and wine profile.
2. You sip the wines and rate them on your Kuvée Connect (if you have a Connect), or in your account on Kuvée.com.
3. We take all that info plus what you’ve filled out in your wine profile and put together the wines we think you’ll love to try out this month.
4. We send you our list of recommended wines for your approval 1-2 days prior to shipping. Interested in a wine that isn't on your list? Let us know within 24 hours, and we'll swap it in.
5. We pack up your custom wine shipment and send it your way.
While we don't want you to ever run out of wine, unlike other subscription wine programs, we are committed to allowing you to start, pause and cancel your membership as you go.
