If you select an option which includes purchasing your Kuvée dispenser outright on kuvee.com, we promise that if you don't like the Kuvée dispenser within 30 days, you can send it back for your money back.

How it works: try it at home for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty (30) days of the date in which the dispenser was delivered to you.

To return your Kuvée dispenser, please contact Customer Service at support@kuvee.com or call 1-877-277-WINE during business hours to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. We will provide you a return shipping label and reimburse you (excluding all shipping costs) for the purchase price of the returned Kuvée dispenser no later than thirty (30) days from the date of our receipt of such returned products accompanied by the applicable RMA.

Please note: opened Kuvée wine bottles are non-returnable and will not be refunded. You will only be refunded for the dispenser and any returned unopened wine bottles.

Wine returns

We take the quality of the wines in our portfolio seriously. If you received wine that you are not happy with, please reach out to our Customer Care team at support@kuvee.com or 1-877-277-WINE 9 AM — 5 PM EST M-F (except holidays.)

If you are returning a wine purchased on kuvee.com, your credit will be the purchase price of the wine (the list price, less any promotional discounts applied during purchase). If you are returning a complete wine bundle, your credit will be the purchase price of the bundle, less any promotional discounts applied during purchase. If you are returning an individual bottle from a bundle, you will receive a credit back at the list price of the bottle, less the overall bundle discount (example: if the bundle was offered at a 20% discount for the set, and the bottle list price is $25, you would receive a credit for $25 less the 20% discount of $5, for a total credit of $20).

Warranty

Warranty policy

Kuvée warrants that your Kuvée dispenser will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Kuvée or an authorized Kuvée partner. We will, at our option, repair or replace any device that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following care instructions. Kuvée may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify purchase date. Kuvée’s warranty does NOT include coverage for the loss of or damage to any Kuvée wine or incidental damage with respect to how the dispenser was used.

How to make a claim

If you experience any problems with your Kuvée dispenser, please contact Customer Service at support@kuvee.com or 1-877-277-WINE. Upon confirmation and approval of your warranty claim, we will, in our sole discretion, either repair or replace the device within sixty (60) days of the claim.

Confirmation

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation, which includes a link to the UPS tracking number. Most orders will be delivered in 2-3 days, though please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order. By law, we cannot ship to the following states: RI, MS, AL, UT, OK, AR, KY, HI, AK. Right now, Kuvée is not shipping to CT. If you are in CT, you can preorder with expected delivery of Fall 2017.

Weather

Extreme weather conditions, either high heat or freezing temperatures, can alter and spoil wine's quality. In the instance of extreme weather conditions, Kuvée reserves the right to hold shipments until safer weather conditions permit to ensure a quality delivery.

Delivery signature

By law, any alcoholic beverage, including wine must be signed for by an adult, 21 years or older. If no adult is home, the delivery will be rescheduled by the carrier (UPS). If being at home to sign for shipments poses a challenge, consider adding your work location as a shipping option.

Promotions

Unless otherwise specified, all promotional discount codes may be used once, per person, are non-transferrable or redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.

Vintage Changes

On occasion, the wines listed in our portfolio may sell out of a particular vintage (the year the wine was made). In that instance, we will substitute the next available vintage of that same wine, from the same winemaker. In the instance that we do not yet have the next available vintage available for shipment at the time of your order, we will contact you with a proposed replacement of equal or greater value for your approval, within two (2) business days of your order.

Membership Plan

If you select the monthly or bi-monthly option when purchasing your Kuvée dispenser, you will be signed up for the Kuvée monthly wine or every other month subscription plan.

Prior to your shipment, we will email you to inform you of the wines included in your upcoming shipment. If you wish to request any changes to your delivery, you have two (2) business days to request the change upon receipt of the information from Kuvée.

Membership cancellation

While we don't want you to ever run out of wine, unlike other subscription wine programs, we are committed to allowing you to start, stop, pause and cancel your membership as you go as you choose.

If you wish to cancel your Kuvée monthly or bi-monthly wine membership, please contact Customer Care at support@kuvee.com or call 1-877-277-WINE during business hours to opt out of the program.
