Subscriptions, Emails and Updates
When you become a subscriber or sign up for our newsletter or email updates, we collect your email address and password. When you sign up to receive updates on our launch, we collect your name and email address. We use this information to create and manage your account if you subscribe, to respond to your inquiries, and to send you informational and promotional emails and updates. You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the emails we send to you.
Mobile Phone Numbers
When you register your smart bottle, we will collect your mobile phone number and address information in order to create, manage and service your account. We may send you text messages about your subscription and account, as well as promotional text messages. If you provide your mobile telephone number, you are providing your consent to receive text messages from Kuvée.
When you apply for a job with us, we collect your email address and the information you provide on your resume or CV, which may include personal information. We retain your information until the position you applied for is filled.
If you post information to public areas of the Site, such as Forums, Comments, or other community features, we will collect the information you post for our internal business purposes. Please know that information you post on public areas of the Site will be available to other users who may collect and share your information as they choose. We have no responsibility or liability for information you post publicly to the Site.

We retain Personal Information we collect for as long as necessary to provide the requested services, send emails, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Users who disable their web browsers’ ability to accept cookies will be able to browse the Site but may not have full functionality.
How Do We Protect Your Information?
