This wine represents the best of Napa, great maturity with dark fruit, spices and freshness that will push you for another glass!
Coombsville, Napa is known for its climate, with slow rising morning temperatures and light afternoon winds tempering the excess of weather to the benefit of the fruit. Shaped like a caldera, the soils are mostly composed of rhyolitic tuff, a very dense volcanic ash providing nutrient poor soils and little available water. The combination of a cooler climate and low vigor provides fruit with soft tannins, elegant richness and amazing aromatics.
